news!

hello friends!

Just wanted to give you a little news update.  I enjoyed my year as an assistant so much in Sens this year, that I renewed my contract to teach again this year.  It changed slightly- I'll be in a town called Beaune this year, which a bit farther to the southeast.  It's closer to Dijon, and renowned as a wine-town.  If you're ever in the Burgundy area on a wine tour, chances are you'll be stopping in Beaune.  This year I'll be an assistant at two middle schools, instead of high schools like last year.  I'm really excited for the change and the new challenge.  If I enjoy teaching this year as much as I did last year, I could maybe see a life direction here, but we'll see!

I also wanted to let you all know that I've started a new blog, called 'mistinguett'.  You can find it HERE.
It's a little different from Sens-cerely Yours, in that it shares other things besides my personal day-to-day.  But I'll make sure to tell you plenty of funny student stories, it's almost a guarantee those will be a daily occurrence, right?

Check it out if you'd like, and I always love comments!
